We ship all of our orders within one business day. Typical delivery time is 3-7 business days.

We deliver all of our rugs using UPS Ground Shipping.

If I have received a rug and I'm not satisfied with it, will I get a full refund?

What is the return process, how do I get my money back?

First contact us via our 'Contact Us' page on our website. Type in 'Return' in the subject line and write a brief message describing the reason for the return. We will e-mail you a UPS packaging slip. Please package the rug carefully, using the same packaging materials as the ones it arrived in. After we receive the rug, we will inspect it for damage and refund your PayPal or Credit Card in the same amount as the payment taxes included.

If I get a defected rug, what should I do?

Please contact us on the 'Contact Us' page of our website as soon as possible. Also, we ask that you take photos of the defect and e-mail them. We will resolve each case individually.

Is your website secure?

Yes, we use high end security payment processing, SSL, and we also offer PayPal Checkout to make sure that all of your information remains securely.

Are you going to use my information in third parties?

Do you have a physical showroom? Can I visit it?

Yes. We have a showroom and warehouse located in Canton, Massachusetts. You may contact us to arrange an appointment for a visit.

Do you provide rug cleaning services?

We do not currently provide cleaning services, however, we may be able to refer you to a specialist depending on your location.

Are your rugs new?

90% of them are new. The rest are not considered new because they are 10 to 30 years old- Although they have never been 'used' in the conventional sense, all of our Persian rugs are considered 'semi-antique' rugs because of their age. They are in great condition.

Are they authentic? Are they real handmade? What materials are used?

Yes! All of our rugs are 100% handmade, 100% handknotted, 100% wool, and/or silk, and cotton, woven using traditional materials. Each design is completely unique.

How long does it take to make a rug?

It depends on a couple of factors, the first being size- the larger the rug the more time it takes. The second factor is the number of knots per square inch (kpsi), which determines the quality and artistry of the carpet. For a typical 8'X10' hand knotted rug, it can take anywhere from 3 months to over 3 years to make one rug. You're really buying a piece of handcrafted art when you purchase an oriental rug.

Where do you get your rugs from? How come your rugs are cheaper?

We source our rugs from closeouts, US Customs, and partner retailers and wholesalers in the industry. We source each and every rug individually based on quality of craftsmanship and the reputation of the supplier. Although we are aware that there are fair trade considerations when purchasing oriental rugs, we have developed ways to minimize this through our suppliers over our two decades in business.

How come there is huge price differences in your rugs?

Price is dependent on size, different weave processes, materials, and artistry. Our high end rugs are made by master weavers with a lot of experience, wh pay attention to detail and produce more complex designs. These rugs have denser weaves resulting in a higher quality.

How are the rugs stored?

We store our rugs in a cool, dry, dark environment. All of our rugs are folded and rolled tediously to ensure optimal conditions. Before each shipment, we open each rug, check for defects, clean it, and wrap it in the best way possible to ensure safe and effective delivery.
